With our affiliation with MGI Worldwide, we serve clients not only in Canada but throughout the world.
We serve a broad range of businesses — from construction, real estate, distribution, and manufacturing to franchisors, franchisees, and retailers with multiple locations, among others. Many of our clients operate in the service sector as well, including professional service firms and not-for-profit entities. We support family offices and provide litigation support. As part of our advisory services, we also offer M&A support, including due diligence investigations.
Since the firm was established in 1988, we have grown significantly.
Today, we are a team of 25 professionals with over 175 years of combined experience, providing expert advice to public, private, and not-for-profit organizations, as well as to individuals and families. Our deep understanding of our clients’ needs and challenges enables us to deliver the right guidance at the right time. Over the years, we have developed extensive expertise across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, construction, real estate development, and service-based businesses. We believe in the importance of training and continuing education—not only for Fazzari + Partners LLP employees but also for other local CPAs. Our regular fall seminars are highly popular, and we now offer staff-led courses for Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario in Toronto.
Additionally, as part of our commitment to educating the public and other professionals, a few of our partners have published articles in national publications such as The Globe and Mail and various trade journals.
Quality Control
To enhance our focus on assurance work, the firm has established a dedicated department dedicated to our innovative Quality Control processes, and we continue to refine best practices in this important area. As a result, Fazzari + Partners LLP now acts as the Quality Control department for smaller CPA firms that refer their assurance work to our experts.

Memberships
BILD
The Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) is a non-profit, industryfunded organization in the Greater Toronto Area that aims to improve communication between the building, land development, and professional renovation sectors and the government, provide enhanced opportunities for its members, promote the welfare of the industry, and protect the interests of consumers. In addition to home builders, land developers, and professional renovators, BILD’s members include financial and professional service organizations (such as Fazzari + Partners LLP), trade contractors, and manufacturers and suppliers of various home-oriented products.
Vaughan Chamber of Commerce
Since 1977, the Vaughan Chamber of Commerce has worked to promote and advance the interests of businesses in the City of Vaughan. As a member-based, not-for-profit organization, the Vaughan Chamber is dedicated to serving the local business community. It offers numerous services to benefit and attract businesses, including educational seminars, major events, and member resources. Additionally, it advocates for businesses at all levels of government on current issues and economic inclusion.
Association of Certified Fraud Examiners
The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners is the world’s largest anti-fraud organization and a premier provider of anti-fraud training and education. The Greater Toronto Area Chapter is a not-for-profit entity dedicated to serving the community by promoting enhanced fraud and white-collar crime detection through the expansion of knowledge and interaction among its members.
York Region Cycling Coalition
The York Region Cycling Coalition is an association of cycling clubs who are working together to promote safety and improve the cycling infrastructure in York Region.
Charitable Affiliations
Thalassemia Foundation
The Thalassemia Foundation was established in 1982, initially serving as a support group for patients and their families. Today, its mission is to support and fund scientific research, treatment, patient services, public awareness, and education related to thalassemia.
Crime Prevention Association of Toronto
The Crime Prevention Association of Toronto is a community-based, non-profit organization that coordinates Neighbourhood Watch and Vertical Watch groups throughout Toronto. The organization assists and empowers neighborhoods, businesses, and individuals to take action towards reducing crime.
Wounded Warriors Foundation
The mission of the Wounded Warriors Foundation is to honor and support Canada’s ill and injured Armed Forces members, veterans, first responders, and their families. To accomplish this mission, the Foundation has developed an innovative approach to mental health care that incorporates clinical best practices and evidence-based care.

Humber River Hospital
Humber River Hospital is one of Canada’s largest regional acute care hospitals, serving over 850,000 individuals in the northwest Greater Toronto Area. Recognized as Canada’s first fully digital hospital, Humber offers both inpatient and outpatient care, including services for cancer, cardiac and critical care, emergency, dialysis, bariatric surgery, women’s and children’s services, diabetes, and mental health programs. Humber oversees the operation of 1,100 beds, which includes more than 400 Reactivation Care beds located in its two Reactivation Centres.
Small and Medium Practices Advisory Committee of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario
The Small and Medium Practices Advisory Committee works with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario) to develop resources to assist small and medium practices to communicate their values and specific expertise. In particular, the Committee strives to provide a forum for identifying and addressing the common needs of members in small and medium practices and to promote the interests of those members within the overall profession.
Vaughan International Commercialization Centre
The Vaughan International Commercialization Centre (VICC) was established as a forward-thinking economic development initiative led by the City of Vaughan, in collaboration with over 100 local and international companies, institutions, and non-profit organizations. VICC programs and services assist established businesses by localizing international technologies to commercialize new, innovative products, while also supporting local companies with the expertise needed to modify or adapt their products for international export.
