Fred Santini has joined the Fazzari + Partners team, a valuable addition to our Advisory practice, bringing a wealth of expertise from both a business and legal perspective. In his role, Fred will enable us to deliver even greater value and support to our clients and business associates. Specifically, Fred will assist our clients with negotiations, guidance and review of complex business and financial matters.
Fred comes to us with an impressive background, having previously held significant roles, including General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Crombie REIT, Senior Legal Counsel for Ivanhoe Cambridge Inc./Cambridge Shopping Centres Limited, Legal Consultant for The Bank of Nova Scotia, and Associate at Blake Cassels & Graydon. With Fred’s help, we are not venturing into the legal business but rather adding strength to our Advisory practice.
Fred has been a significant contributor to the community as co-founder and President of the Shining Through Centre for Children with Autism for 25 years. He has received countless recognitions for his leadership, including the Community Leader Award from the Canadian Italian Business and Professional Association and from the City of Vaughan.
